On May 5th we departed from Munich to meet with Stefan Gesell and a group of fellow photographers for a model sharing event to take fashon, erotic and nude images of 5 beautiful and talented ladies on the beautiful island of Lanzarote. We were based on the southeastern coast of the island in a small village called Arrieta.
The first session took place on May 6th at a location we dubbed the Miniature Monument Valley. It is to the left and right of the road from Guatiza to Teguise.
Here are some photos i took this afternoon, the first one of each girl is postprocessed and the others are ooc previews, some of them taken with an art filter. All were shot with an Olympus OM-D E-M1 II and the 12-40/2.8 lens.
Every year in December i choose some images as donations for the Christmas charity event of my friends Jörn and Marion Tiggemann from SD-E. This is not an easy task because very few of my images and artwork are suited to decorate the walls in a living room. Well, this year i'll try my luck with two series of wipes with altered colours using Photoshop and RadLab. I am actually quite happy to have completed this task in May, leaves more time for Christmas shopping and gift wrapping in December.
If you also love to take pictures of thunderstorms witth lightnings and dramatic clouds, then you know that the best storms are those shot in frontt of or next to the setting sun. Today i was lucky to capture some images of a thunderstorm at sunset using Live Composite to collect lightnings without overexposing the image.
Tom and me shot some images during sunset and twilight at Munich's Olympic Park and later on at the BMW world. Some images are HDRs but iI also played a bit with the Live Comnposite feature of my E-M1, using it to smooth clouds and water without blowing highlights.
